Name your new page and add appropriate tags to help with navigation.
Then just click the create button.
Once you have named your new page, tagged it, and created it you will be taken to an editor. Many buttons will be familiar to you, others will not, but hover over a button and a useful tool tip will show up. When your done press Save and your page is live on the Internet and available to your colleagues.
